The order has to be approved by the doctor before it can be received by the pharmacy. When the pharmacy receives the prescription, the order will be approved by the pharmacist. Once the Pharmacist approves the order, only then it can be dispensed and be dispatched for delivery. Hence, please note the delivery of your order will commence from the point where the medicine is sent out to you. This is usually within 24 hours of placing your order (if your order is received by the pharmacy by 3.00pm UK time and 3.30pm for E.U countries).
All orders are sent by registered priority mail service so you receive your order within 24hour’s (next working day delivery only in the UK) We use Royal Mail Next Day, UPS/ DHL Express Next Day delivery - this is a tracked service and an adult signature is required upon delivery.
For the E.U countries and rest of the world delivery may take from 5 - 10 working days, tracked and signed for.
The delivery time also depends on the destination country of the order and on the reliability of its domestic postal services.
|Destination||Shipping time in working days|
|United Kingdom||Next working day delivery – 24 hours|
|EU Countries & Rest of the world||Patients must arrange a courier service to pick up from the pharmacy & then get them to deliver to them. Alternatively we can get the package delivered on their behalf which may take 5 - 10 working days to reach you.|
Please note the above estimates do not include any time for customs and security clearance that may occasionally take up to five (5) extra business days. Generally, the delivery is quick and efficient, however, the Company cannot ensure the same as it is out of our control. Once the order is handed over to the postal service, we can no longer call the parcel back nor change the shipping instructions or cancel the order.
